Cancelling Vipps recurring payments
If you wish to cancel your recurring payment agreement to Right Hand via Vipps, it can be done easily. There is no lock-in period, and you can cancel at any time.
How to cancel
In the Vipps app
Open Vipps, go to “Agreements” or “Recurring payments”, select Right Hand and tap “End agreement”.
On Vipps online
Log in to Vipps online, find the agreement with Right Hand under recurring payments, and end it there.

Send an email to post@righthandgambia.com, and we will register the cancellation for you.
You will receive a confirmation. Once we have registered your cancellation, you will receive a confirmation by email or in the Vipps app.
No lock-in period. You can cancel the agreement at any time, with no notice period or fee.
